Dan is President of Quinlivan & Company, Inc. which was established in 1983.

Educated
as a counseling psychologist, Dan earned the number
one ranking in his graduate school program at Pennsylvania
State University in 1975. His continuing education
included Penn State University's Executive Management
Program in 1979 and NTL's Trainer Certification Program
in 1980. Most recently Dan has successfully completed
several Harvard Business School classes including
Coaching Skills, Negotiations, and Change Management.
Dan functioned for over seven years in clinical and multi-national corporate environments. Positions held include Manager and Director of Employee Relations/Organization Development. Additionally, Dan has earned Adjunct Professor status at Pennsylvania State University and York College in both the Business Administration and Psychology departments.
To date Dan has enhanced the career prospects of over 16,000 professionals.
In the past five years he has performed over 325 executive assessments and
has functioned as a confidential coach to over 100 executives.
